Holding a degree in Facharzt Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Germany, Dr Leila received her Doctor of Medicine at Berlin University and completed her postgraduate degree in Hannover University, Germany. She has spent a total of 20 years in Germany and 22 years in Dubai and continues to strive for excellence in her field. Holding a Dubai Health Authority Professional License for Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology since year 1999, and Dubai Health City Authority Healthcare Professional License for Obstetrics and Gynaecology since 2009, Dr Leila started working in the American Hospital from 2000 until 2014 with consistent re-appointment records as a community obstetrician/gynaecologist. Dr Leila ensures that constant plans are made in her clinic that will have a positive impact on her patients, employees, and the environment. One way of sharing her expertise with society that Dr Leila has chosen is social media, and she utilises this as one of her tools to inspire and motivate her patients and people. Dr Leila has shared her knowledge about contraceptives, heavy period bleeding, and the relationship between the thyroid and stress. Also, Dr Leila has posted several workout videos and cooking recipes in her personal Instagram account as her way of motivating people of all ages towards fitness and clean eating, and all its benefits. Dr Leila is being noticed for her incredible work on her own publications which cover three amazing, miracle cases about Asherman and infertility. The publications discuss Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) alongside low AMH, and BHRT with reverse aging. In addition, Dr Leila has appeared in television interviews and magazine features, where she has inspired and empowered women by sharing her tips on taking care of her health. She has also been invited to give talks in various social events at schools, A4M Dubai, and dermatology and cosmetic surgery societies both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Dr Leila is increasingly being asked to give talks in Cairo, Amman/Jordan, and Romania, in addition to Dubai and Abu Dabi. Dr Leila practises her social responsibility in the workplace by allowing her employees to enrich their knowledge. She has conducted several lectures for her staff on topics pertaining to OBGYN and functional medicine.
